Position: Web Designer (WordPress & SEO Specialist)
- To Start Part-Time (with the potential to turn into a Full Time Role)
- Salary: $6-$7/Hour - commensurate with experience
- Willing to work during EST Hours
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop visually appealing, user-friendly websites using WordPress.
- Customize themes, templates, and plugins to align with client branding.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve website rankings and drive organic traffic.
- Optimize website performance, including speed, responsiveness, and overall UX/UI.
- Conduct regular website maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Stay updated on design trends, SEO strategies, and WordPress advancements.
- Proven experience as a Web Designer with a strong WordPress portfolio.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Solid knowledge of SEO strategies, including keyword research, meta descriptions, and on-page optimization.
- Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
- Strong design sense with attention to detail and brand consistency.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc.).
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
