Radius is looking for an ambitious and multilingual marketing professional to join our growing European marketing team as Marketing Manager - BeNeFr (Telematics). In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing effective marketing campaigns across Belgium, the Netherlands, and France, driving lead generation and supporting the achievement of commercial targets for our telematics products – including vehicle tracking, dash cams, and asset tracking.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing – Europe, you will work closely with local sales teams and the broader central marketing function to tailor campaigns to local needs, while ensuring consistency with our global brand. Dutch and French language skills are essential, and the role requires a solid understanding of regional market dynamics and cultural nuance.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning and Execution
Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across Belgium, the Netherlands, and France, supporting local sales objectives.
Use digital, outbound, referral and other channels to drive qualified leads into the sales funnel.
Tailor messaging and campaign strategies to the specific needs and behaviours of each local market.
Lead Generation and Performance Marketing
Deliver high-quality marketing-generated leads across the BeNeFr region.
Monitor and optimise campaigns for performance, using data to improve ROI and support continuous improvement.
Work with central digital and content teams to localise global campaigns effectively.
Local Market Insight
Understand the competitive landscape, customer preferences, and regional market trends in Belgium, the Netherlands, and France.
Use insights to inform campaign development, content localisation, and product positioning in the region.
Brand and Messaging Consistency
Ensure marketing materials reflect the Radius brand while adapting messaging for local language and cultural relevance.
Act as the local guardian of the brand in BeNeFr markets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with regional sales managers, the product marketing team, and customer service to support lead nurturing, onboarding, and retention efforts.
Support the launch of new products and features across the region through effective communication and campaign planning.
Customer Engagement and Retention
Work with customer support and account management teams to develop communication plans that support customer onboarding, education, and retention.
Drive adoption of features and upsell opportunities through targeted campaigns.
Reporting and Analytics
Track and report on campaign performance and marketing KPIs for BeNeFr markets.
Provide regular updates and insights to the Head of Marketing – Europe to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
Fluent in Dutch and French; professional proficiency in English.
Proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally in the technology or SaaS sector.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign management.
Results-driven with experience delivering leads and managing marketing performance.
Excellent communication, organisation, and project management skills.
Ability to work independently, but as part of a wider international team.
