Marketing Manager at Raidium

As the Marketing Manager at Raidium, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and promote our innovative AI-driven radiology solutions. You will lead marketing efforts across multiple channels, collaborating closely with our technical teams to translate complex scientific advancements into clear, engaging messages for both clinical and research audiences. This is a unique opportunity to define and lead the marketing function in a fast-growing startup at the forefront of AI and healthcare.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Marketing Strategy: create and execute a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with Raidium’s business goals and growth objectives.
  • Brand Building: Strengthen Raidium’s brand in the healthcare and AI sectors, highlighting our leadership in radiology AI through content creation, public relations, and digital channels.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the production of high-quality content, including blog posts, case studies, white papers, and social media, that effectively communicate the value of our products to various audiences.
  • Campaign Management: Design and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, social media) to increase awareness, generate leads, and support business development.
  • Conference Management: Identify and plan attendance to major healthcare / machine learning conferences. Develop a tailored approach for each conference (messaging, content, booth & talks) and identify stakeholders to maximize engagement and return on investment. 
  • Partnership Development: Work closely with external partners, including radiology centers, academic institutions, and healthcare conferences, to build Raidium’s presence and credibility.
  • In practice, you will work alongside the operation teams. You will work in Raidium's Parisian offices (in the Cochin Faculty) and also from home with our remote policy.


Your Experience and Qualifications
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, and 3+y experience in the Life sciences / Healthcare industry or related field
  • Or Life sciences background and 2+y experience in Marketing or related position
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for a broad audience.
  • Willingness to work in an AI/healthcare startup environment with a hands-on, flexible approach.
  • Authorization to work in France
  • Fluency in English and French, with excellent communication and teamwork skills


Pluses (not required):
  • Knowledge of machine learning or radiology
  • Experience at early stage medical machine learning startup
  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and performance-tracking tools
