Your new role
As our new Senior Lead Consultant, you will be part of our interdisciplinary team in the Americas, engaging with other business and technical professionals. You will work with all levels of technical expertise, from entry level team members to members with decades of experience, many of whom are subject matter experts in their own fields. You will engage in a continual learning environment through coaching, mentoring, and on the job tasks.

At Ramboll, your base pay is only part of your overall total compensation package. At the time of this posting, this role is likely to be compensated at an annual base salary between $80,000 - $95,000. Actual pay may be more or less than the posted range, depending on numerous factors, including experience, geographical location, internal equity, market conditions, education/training and skill level, and does not include bonuses, overtime, or other forms of compensation or benefits.

Ramboll is on the lookout for a passionate Lead Consultant in California Environmental Regulatory Compliance to join our vibrant team in the Los Angeles or Irvine offices. If you’re an environmental enthusiast eager to foster sustainable change, this role might just be the perfect fit for you! In this hybrid position, you'll work closely with both seasoned experts and newcomers alike, diving deep into environmental due diligence and compliance projects. You'll leverage your experience to navigate federal, state, and local regulations on waste, air quality, and water quality, preparing vital plans, permits, and reports that make a difference. Your day-to-day will involve everything from conducting environmental compliance reviews to participating in Phase I Environmental Site Assessments. With a strong emphasis on teamwork and learning, you'll have the chance to mentor your peers while also growing your skill set.
