Front Desk Receptionist

**Overview:**Randstad is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Sandy Springs, Georgia. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing office operations, and ensuring a smooth workflow. **Responsibilities:**• Greet and assist patients with a professional and friendly demeanor• Manage the front desk, answering phone calls, and responding to emails in a timely and courteous manner• Utilize Microsoft Suite to computerize data and streamline office processes• Perform administrative tasks, including calendar management and vendor communication• *Qualifications:**• Receptionist/Administrative experience• Must be able to work onsite from 8am-5pm Monday-Friday in Sandy Springs• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook)• Experience with phone management and email management• *Benefits:**• The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses• Randstad offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, an incentive and recognition program, and 401K contribution (all benefits are based on eligibility)
