Machine Operator

As a Machine Operator at Re:Build Manufacturing, you will be primarily responsible for the set-up, operation, and troubleshooting of machinery while ensuring high-quality production. Your duties will also entail hand lay-up of composite materials, maintaining equipment, monitoring safety in the work environment, and training on specific production machinery.

To be successful in the Machine Operator role at Re:Build Manufacturing, prior experience with composite materials and/or resin systems is highly preferred. Additionally, having mechanical aptitude, strong hand tool knowledge, and basic math skills are essential for effective operation and maintenance of the machinery.

The Machine Operator position at Re:Build Manufacturing operates on a first shift schedule from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Thursday. This allows for a great work-life balance with long weekends!

While having one to three years of related experience in a similar role is preferred, Re:Build Manufacturing does not require a high school diploma. Therefore, if you have the drive and enthusiasm to learn, we encourage you to apply!

Highlight any hands-on experience you have with composite materials, specifically any instances of working with carbon fiber or fiberglass. Discuss the different resin systems you are familiar with and how you've applied that knowledge in your previous roles.
