Focuses on strategic initiatives which are new and to be tested if they work out (PMF)
Aligning the company's long-term strategic goals with actionable plans that drive revenue growth, market penetration, and product enhancement
Serves as the sparring partner of the management for strategic thinking and execution
Ensuring that the company thrives in a dynamic and competitive environment.
Growth encompasses both marketing and sales, ensuring that their efforts are aligned with the company's long-term objectives.
Fostering collaboration across departments (i.e. marketing, sales, product development) to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Drive the future expansion plans of our offerings (i.e. new geographies, new verticals) from analysis until execution
Identify and quantify new growth opportunities, take ownership for new strategic initiatives to drive them and measure its success
Develop and implement pricing strategies in close coordination with other functions like Finance, Legal and Product
Work on finding PMF for new initiatives and drive the GTM in close collaboration with Product
Collect market data (qualitative and quantitative) and support on the translation into concrete actions which drive revenue growth, market penetration and product enhancement
Analyse, define and improve processes in the commercial area and beyond
Do internal/external stakeholder management (i.e. close collaboration between commercial functions and other areas) in complex projects
You have more than 4 years of relevant work experience
You are strong in execution and have an analytical and entrepreneurial mind-set
You are able to think strategically and have the capability to translate strategy into concrete actions with commercial impact
You are an empathetic team player and a strong communicator
You have already a proven track record in leading internal and external cross-functional projects with commercial impact
You are able to navigate in a dynamic environment with ambiguity
You are highly (self-)organized, want to move fast, and maintain attention to detail when it matters most
You have already experience with tech-driven, specifically FinTech/SaaS companies is a big plus
You speak English fluently, German is a plus
You have a valid EU work permit and reside within the EU. re:cap does not offer visa or relocation support at the moment
