The Full-Time Merchandiser (FTM) is ensuring proper level of Red Bull products is stock, maintained, displayed and rotated correctly in large and small format stores. The primary role of the Merchandiser is to effectively service all customers in a safe, productive and professional manner.
SALES SUPPORT
Rotate Red Bull products from back stock to shelf, display or cold vault locations
Review code dates of all product when servicing every customer
Pull any dented, dirty, damaged, or out of code product from the shelf, display, or cold vault
Ensure all Red Bull products are placed in compliance with shelf schematics in chain and independent stores
Ensure all cold equipment, racks and other Point of Sale are current, clean, and presented in a premium manner
COMMUNICATION
Notify appropriate Account Manager for pick up and / or exchange of any dented, damaged, or out of code product, as well as any out of stock items.
Establish and maintain friendly and professional relationships with your customers
A valid US Driver’s License
Reliable vehicle to be used for work purposes with at least the minimum insurance coverage
Must be at least 18 years of age
Experience merchandising is a plus
Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays necessary
English; additional languages an advantage

As a Full-Time Merchandiser at Red Bull in Laveen, AZ, you’ll be stepping into a dynamic role where your main focus will be to ensure that Red Bull products are perfectly stocked, maintained, and beautifully displayed across a variety of retail environments. You’ll play a critical role in supporting sales by rotating products from back stock to shelves, displays, and cold vaults, making sure everything is fresh and visually appealing. Of course, quality matters! You’ll be responsible for reviewing code dates on products and pulling any unsellable items, like dented or out-of-date cans. Communication is key in this position—you’ll be in touch with your Account Manager to arrange for the pick-up of faulty items while also building great relationships with store personnel. You’ll need a valid US driver’s license and a reliable vehicle, and although merchandising experience is a plus, it’s not absolutely required. Your ability to lift and transport inventory, even while meeting safety standards, is essential to this job.
