Sales Commissions Manager, Strategic Finance
Reddit’s Strategic Finance team is seeking a Sales Commissions Manager to manage, analyze, and optimize the sales commission processes, ensuring accurate and timely payout of commissions while providing analytical support to enhance sales performance.
Skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce and G Suite
- Understanding of Revenue Accounting principles
- Attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end process of calculating and distributing sales commissions.
- Collect and maintain accurate sales performance data.
- Ensure timely and accurate commissions payouts.
- Calculate and manage monthly and quarterly commissions accruals.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and HR on commissions plans.
- Evaluate and drive continuous improvements in commissions processes.
- Provide training and support to sales teams regarding compensation plans.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
