- Oversee the end-to-end process of calculating and distributing sales commissions.
- Collect and maintain accurate sales performance data.

- Calculate and manage monthly and quarterly commissions accruals.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and HR on commissions plans.
- Evaluate and drive continuous improvements in commissions processes.
- Provide training and support to sales teams regarding compensation plans.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
