UX Designer - REMOTE
RefleXion is a pre-IPO startup that focuses on innovative radiopharmaceuticals aimed at cancer treatment. They are seeking a UX Designer to create impactful design deliverables and enhance usability in complex medical device environments.
Skills
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe XD, Figma, etc.)
- Understanding of design systems and style guides
- Ability to travel for usability studies
Responsibilities
- Outline workflows using interaction diagrams and flow diagrams
- Design user interface wireframes and low-fidelity mockups
- Create final user interface visual designs within the RefleXion Design System
- Map out components and improvements to the RefleXion Design System
- Document intended implementations of features, design patterns, and interactions
- Plan, execute, and document usability studies in various settings
- Perform risk-based assessments of features and workflows
Education
- High school diploma or GED
- Bachelor's degree in human-computer interaction or design (preferred)
