UX Designer - REMOTE

RefleXion is a pre-IPO startup that focuses on innovative radiopharmaceuticals aimed at cancer treatment. They are seeking a UX Designer to create impactful design deliverables and enhance usability in complex medical device environments.

Skills

Proficiency in design software (Adobe XD, Figma, etc.)
Understanding of design systems and style guides
Ability to travel for usability studies

Responsibilities

Outline workflows using interaction diagrams and flow diagrams
Design user interface wireframes and low-fidelity mockups
Create final user interface visual designs within the RefleXion Design System
Map out components and improvements to the RefleXion Design System
Document intended implementations of features, design patterns, and interactions
Plan, execute, and document usability studies in various settings
Perform risk-based assessments of features and workflows

Education

High school diploma or GED
Bachelor's degree in human-computer interaction or design (preferred)
