The opportunity:

We are looking for a structured and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support our HR and Communications teams. This role involves managing logistics for meetings and training sessions, as well as preparing reports, presentations, and training dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and manage the logistics for training/program sessions, meetings, and HR events.
• Assist in preparing HR reports, presentations, and documents.
• Maintain the learning platform and manage various HR inboxes to ensure smooth operations.
• Track and update training data, ensuring accurate dashboard reporting.
• Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
• Perform other general administrative duties, including managing supplies and filing.
• Collaborate with HR team members and other departments to successfully implement HR initiatives and improve processes.

What Sets You Apart:

• Education:  College diploma or equivalent required
• Experience: Over 2 years of experience (in an HR department an asset)
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, etc.)
• Experience with Campus tool (an asset)
• Bilingual: Fluency in both French and English
