Your Role: Part-Time HR Administrator


CrowdRiff requires a part time HR Administrator to coordinate and process all employee related changes and updates, including all paperwork related to benefits administration, onboarding, offboarding, status changes, compensation changes and other administrative duties as required.


What you'll do:
  • Process all employee documentation related to variable compensation plans for multiple departments, including quarterly target letters and bonus payout letters, coordinating input in our HRIS, e-signature and filing
  • Process employee change requests or administrative needs such as requests for letters of employment, changes to paid time off (PTO), etc
  • Process compensation and title change letters
  • Manage employee documentation and enrollment across all CrowdRiff benefits, including updates to third party systems for employee changes
  • Manage HR ticket requests for employee changes or inquiries as needed
  • Complete the administrative tasks and process in our HRIS for triggering onboarding and offboarding for employees, including input of information into our HRIS


Ideally you'll have:
  • Ideally with some experience in a fast growing company or startup
  • Bachelor's degree or certificate in Human Resources or related field
  • Exposure to Labor Law and employment equity regulations
  • Effective HR administration and collaboration skills
  • Some exposure to payroll practices
  • Familiarity and expertise with a broad range of HRIS systems, preference for knowledge of Bamboo and Lattice
  • Familiarity and expertise with Google Suite
  • Familiarity with Notion
  • Extremely organized and efficient
  • Extraordinarily detail oriented
  • 2 - 5 years experience in an HR Administrator or HR Coordinator role
