Propulsion Engineer II (Engine Systems & Test)

Relativity Space is looking for a Propulsion Engineer II to work on the Terran R launch vehicle engine systems and tests. Join us in shaping the future of aerospace technology and additive manufacturing.

Engineering fundamentals in fluid mechanics & thermodynamics
Problem-solving skills
Effective team collaboration
Delivering on ambitious schedules
Bachelor’s degree in a science, engineering, technology, or mathematics field
2+ years of direct experience in a complex engineering system development and/or test environment

Responsibilities

Serve as a Responsible Engineer for Aeon engine test articles
Develop test plans and execute them with the Stennis test team
Support engine system analysis and simulation
Define interfaces with other groups
Participate in stage test and flight campaigns
Take ownership of projects to increase efficiency

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a science, engineering, technology, or mathematics field
