How you'll make an impact at Reonic
We’re looking for passionate and driven Account Executive Poland to join us on a 2-month freelance project (with the potential to become a permanent position) to assess the expansion potential for the Polish market. Together, let’s harness the power of innovation to drive sustainable change and create a greener future!
What you will do
Explore the Polish market for renewable energy sales software to cultivate strong relationships with B2B clients, including solar installers and utilities
Take end-to-end responsibility for the sales cycle, with a strong focus on conducting demos and closing deals
Monitor and report on the sales funnel with a focus on growth
Report directly to the headquarters in Germany
You will be great if you have
Strong knowledge of software sales, preferably in fast-paced environments like startups/scale-ups, to drive the project independently
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage short sales cycles and conduct effective demo calls
Project management expertise and experience working on market expansions or AB testing outreach/marketing strategies
Familiarity with HubSpot or other lead generation tools, with the ability to use data to identify trends
Fluency in both Polish and English (C2 level)

We value project management expertise and familiarity with data-driven strategies, especially experience with HubSpot or similar tools. Fluency in both Polish and English is a must.
