About the Role:
We’re hiring two Talent Acquisition Partners on a 12-month fixed-term contract to lead hiring across APAC. You’ll drive the full talent acquisition lifecycle – from strategic sourcing to offer management – ensuring we hire exceptional talent aligned with our mission and values.
Your Impact:
Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies for key Product, Engineering, and Technology roles.
Conduct market mapping to anticipate talent trends and hiring needs.
Engage both active and passive talent, creating strong connections to Resmed opportunities.
Act as a trusted talent advisor, providing market insights, hiring strategies, and data-driven recommendations.
Deliver an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers, ensuring seamless and transparent communication.
Build strong stakeholder relationships, offering expert recruitment advice and driving consultative hiring.
Champion diverse, equitable, and inclusive hiring practices.
Strengthen Resmed’s employer brand through strategic talent attraction campaigns and industry partnerships.
About You:
Passionate, high-energy recruiter with a drive for results and a commitment to exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences.
7+ years of recruiting experience, with expertise in sourcing for Product, Engineering, and/or Technology roles.
Proven ability to proactively source and attract passive candidates through creative strategies.
Strong understanding of the Singapore and Australia talent markets.
Skilled in behavioral interviewing, talent assessments, and data-driven hiring strategies.
A track record of delivering on critical, high-impact hiring needs in fast-paced, growth-oriented businesses.
