About the Role:


We’re hiring two Talent Acquisition Partners on a 12-month fixed-term contract to lead hiring across APAC. You’ll drive the full talent acquisition lifecycle – from strategic sourcing to offer management – ensuring we hire exceptional talent aligned with our mission and values.

Your Impact:

  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies for key Product, Engineering, and Technology roles.

  • Conduct market mapping to anticipate talent trends and hiring needs.

  • Engage both active and passive talent, creating strong connections to Resmed opportunities.

  • Act as a trusted talent advisor, providing market insights, hiring strategies, and data-driven recommendations.

  • Deliver an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers, ensuring seamless and transparent communication.

  • Build strong stakeholder relationships, offering expert recruitment advice and driving consultative hiring.

  • Champion diverse, equitable, and inclusive hiring practices.

  • Strengthen Resmed’s employer brand through strategic talent attraction campaigns and industry partnerships.

About You:

  • Passionate, high-energy recruiter with a drive for results and a commitment to exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences.

  • 7+ years of recruiting experience, with expertise in sourcing for Product, Engineering, and/or Technology roles.

  • Proven ability to proactively source and attract passive candidates through creative strategies.

  • Strong understanding of the Singapore and Australia talent markets.

  • Skilled in behavioral interviewing, talent assessments, and data-driven hiring strategies.

  • A track record of delivering on critical, high-impact hiring needs in fast-paced, growth-oriented businesses.
