PANTRY PERSON GARDE MANGER

Responsibilities

  • Attends to assigned kitchen pantry stations to prepare food items such as vegetables, fruit, sandwiches, & other cold foods according to menu portion and quality satisfactions.
  • Prepares cold sandwiches, salads & juices, and other beverages as required.
  • Ensures menu quality and consistency of all food items.
  • Ensures kitchen equipment and facilities are maintained in safe and sanitary conditions.
  • Promotes positive public relations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent. 
  • Minimum of one (1) year of appropriate experience.
  • Able to perform assigned duties safely and efficiently.
