As a Learning and Content Program Manager, you will work cross-functionally to secure, organize, and maintain the content management system and learning management system. You will collaborate with teams across the organization to source, categorize, archive, and design content, ensuring streamlined access for R365's sales, onboarding, and training functions. This role ensures that all content is organized, searchable, and optimized for efficiency, while also designing new hire learning experiences for maximum usability and effectiveness. 


How you'll add value:
  • Own and continuously improve the content management system: Ensure meticulous project planning, stakeholder alignment, and seamless execution of content organization processes. 
  • Serve as the primary liaison for cross-functional content sourcing: Partner with teams like Product Marketing, Customer Success, Deal Desk, Solution Engineering, and Revenue Enablement to gather and centralize content into the CMS. 
  • Maintain, code, and optimize content for searchability: Ensure all content is properly tagged, coded, archived (when necessary), and searchable, enabling quick access for all R365 roles. 
  • Streamline content accessibility: Design and structure the CMS to provide role-specific, user-friendly access to all onboarding, customer success, and sales enablement materials. 
  • Manage and improve the learning management system: Oversee the coding, design, and organization of LMS content, including all new hire resources, eLearning modules, and certifications. 
  • Develop processes for regular content updates and governance: Audit content for relevance, quality, and accuracy. Implement content archival strategies to maintain an up-to-date library. 
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Revenue Enablement, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Deal Desk, and Solution Engineering to identify content gaps and ensure alignment with GTM objectives and onboarding programs.
  • Own reporting on content and system utilization: Track metrics for CMS and LMS engagement, identify opportunities for improvement, and share regular reports with leaders and AEs to drive content adoption and optimization. 
  • Optimize system workflows and efficiency: Continuously identify improvements for CMS and LMS usability, ensuring smooth navigation, quick access, and high adoption across all roles.
  • Design user guides and training for system adoption: Create resources to onboard teams to the CMS and LMS, ensuring they are equipped to leverage both systems effectively.
  • Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines: Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize competing demands to meet program and stakeholder needs. 
  • Support scalable onboarding programs: Collaborate on new hire resources, creating structured and engaging content that aligns with organizational onboarding goals.
  • Adapt to a dynamic, evolving environment: Proactively address shifting priorities with agility, maintaining a commitment to excellence and high-quality content delivery. 


What you'll need to be successful in this role:
  • Experience managing content and/or learning management systems (e.g., Showpad, or similar tools). 
  • Strong organizational skills with expertise in designing role-specific content libraries. 
  • Proven ability to code, tag, and archive content for optimized searchability. 
  • Track record of collaboration with Revenue Enablement, Customer Success, Deal Desk, and Product Marketing. 
  • Content reporting expertise, including tracking utilization, engagement, and adoption metrics, and sharing actionable insights with leaders and AEs. 
  • Process-driven approach to content updates, audits, and governance. 
  • Project management skills with sharp attention to detail and the ability to juggle complex, simultaneous projects. 
  • Familiarity with eLearning tools and methodologies to develop interactive and engaging onboarding materials. 
  • Sales environment knowledge, including sales cycles, tools, prospecting, and sales content development. 
  • Clear, concise communicator with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize short- and long-term deliverables. 
  • 3-5 years of enablement experience, ideally in SaaS; restaurant industry experience is a plus. 
  • Adaptability to fast-paced, evolving work environments. 
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% to support training activities and ensure alignment with cross-functional teams. 
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred. 


R365 Team Member Benefits & Compensation
  • This position has a salary range of $110,000-$130,000. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location. Restaurant365 focuses on equitable pay for our team and aims for transparency with our pay practices.
