Retail Display Designer (Remote)

At Billie, we strive to produce best-in-class design that puts innovation and customer experience at the heart of everything we do. As our Retail Display Designer, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end creation of various retail 3-D displays, from early concepts and 3-D renders to final, print-ready mechanicals. In addition to your creative work, you will be responsible for collaborating cross-functionally within Billie and with external partners to manage the design and print production process. What you’ll do:
Design eye catching and on-brand 3-D displays for Billie’s retail partners such as Target & Walmart

Prepare print-ready artwork mechanicals that are highly accurate and meet the spec requirements of both external partners and vendors

Create detailed, to-scale planograms and renderings for in-aisle product displays and specialty display fixtures such as End Caps and Sidekicks

Collaborate with our Brand and Creative teams to ensure all display language & artwork is consistent and aligns with Billie’s brand standards

Partner with our Retail team to strategize and execute on all business deliverables

Manage relationships with outside print vendors to guarantee a high level of quality and polish for all photography and brand assets

Run our weekly Retail Display status meeting with cross-functional teams to provide project updates and align on outstanding tasks

Oversee Billie’s artwork approval process with key stakeholders across multiple departments

Support & collaborate on broader packaging and design projects when necessary

What we’re looking for:
2+ years experience in graphic design (retail packaging or display experience preferred)

High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop with ability to execute 3-D renderings (Esko, Blender, Keyshot)

Elevated design standards, a passion for details, and a strong grasp of color theory and typography

In-depth understanding and mastery of the print production, pre-press file preparation, and QA/color management processes

Someone who can bring new ideas to the table, express them clearly and concisely, and execute on them autonomously or collaboratively

An appetite for feedback, problem-solving, and action

Passion for organization and time management in a fluid environment– you can manage multiple long-term projects as well as deliver on quick turnaround

A proven track record of managing successful relationships with internal partners and external vendors

Someone who can lead by example and demonstrate Billie’s core values

The salary range for this position is $75,000-$90,000. The actual base salary offered to a candidate may vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance.
