Product Manager, UI Experience
Retool is looking for a Senior Product Manager for UI Experience to drive the direction and strategy for the core Retool product, focusing on the interface builder. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and a customer-centric approach.
Skills
- 6+ years of product management experience at a technology company
- Experience shipping large-scope projects end-to-end
- Strong collaboration skills with engineering and design teams
- Direct interaction with customers to drive product solutions
- Ownership mindset and deep curiosity for customers and products
- Strong technical knowledge with SQL, Javascript, and APIs
- Some frontend development experience with React, Flexbox, and component libraries
Responsibilities
- Set the direction of Retool's product
- Collaborate with design and engineering counterparts
- Work closely with go-to-market teams to launch new features
- Identify new opportunities and product areas
- Measure and report on product success
- Help build the organizational foundations for a high-performing Product team
