Customer Experience Specialist

Description

Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist in our call center. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them with their inquiries and needs. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication skills.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally
  • Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and billing
  • Analyze customer inquiries and determine the appropriate resolution or escalation
  • Make cold outbound calls to explore new business opportunities
  • Make outbound calls to existing and prior customers when necessary.
  • Maintain customer records and update information as necessary
  • Use phone etiquette to ensure positive interactions with customers
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or outbound calling.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
  • Experience with data entry and managing customer records in CRM systems.
  • Ability to stay motivated and focused when making outbound calls for rehashing estimates or offers.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 5 pounds at times.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $27,500.00 - $32,500.00 per year Shift:

  • 8-hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday- Friday 8am-5pm with rotating Saturdays. (Subject to change with or without notice) 

Ability to Relocate:

  • Odenville, AL 35120: Relocate before starting work (Required)
