Job Title: Controller

Reporting to: CFO

Location: Dallas, Texas (On-Site)

Position Overview:

They are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Controller to lead their accounting team, manage financial reporting, and ensure the integrity of their financial processes. The Controller will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial statements, and driving process improvements to support their company’s growth and stability. Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes and prepare accurate financial statements in compliance with GAAP.

  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Partner with leadership to develop and manage the annual budget, forecasts, and financial planning processes, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

  • Internal Controls: Establish, document, and monitor internal controls to ensure accurate financial reporting and safeguard company assets.

  • Cash Flow Management: Oversee cash flow planning, analyze financial performance, and provide recommendations for optimizing cash management.

  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, particularly around tax regulations, payroll, and financial reporting.
