Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated BDM, based in Saudi Arabia, to join our ever growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in business development or sales ideally within the pharmaceutical wholesale or MedTech sector. Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills are essential for success in this position.

The role will be responsible for identifying new growth opportunities by building strategic partnerships, and developing compelling business proposals

Key Responsibilities 

  • Identifying  new business opportunities, emerging trends, and potential partnerships 
  • Analyse competitive landscape and customer needs to inform business development strategies
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Act as the primary contact for potential clients and partners, addressing their needs and fostering collaboration
  • Prepare and present compelling business proposals and presentations to potential clients and partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proposals align with company capabilities and objectives
  • Lead contract negotiations with clients and partners to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi FDA (SFDA) regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the negotiation process

Requirements 

  • Full eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia 
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in pharmaceutical, beauty, or medtech wholesale
  • Proven track record of hitting targets and growth objectives 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities
  • Experience in contract negotiation and relationship management
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
