Fine Dining Back Server

Riot Hospitality Group is seeking passionate and dedicated Fine Dining Back Servers to join our esteemed restaurant group, where you'll play a key role in bringing to life a new, innovative, and exclusive fine-dining supper club located in Old Town’s Entertainment District that blends artistry, entertainment, and culinary excellence. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with delivering food, refilling drinks, and clearing tables.
  • Reset and prepare tables quickly and efficiently for incoming guests.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, including clearing away used dishes and resetting table settings.
  • Communicate with other staff members to coordinate food delivery and resolve guest needs quickly.
  • Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Help maintain cleanliness in other areas, such as restrooms and server stations, as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Previous customer service/hospitality/restaurant experience, preferably in a fine-dining setting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with staff and guests warmly.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with front-of-house, kitchen staff, and customers.
  • Skilled in managing multiple tasks simultaneously, such as clearing tables, refilling drinks, and assisting servers.
  • Problem-solving skills to address issues quickly and professionally.
  • Required food and alcohol certifications.
