Hand Cut Chophouse Nashville is looking for a Server to join our team!

We're searching for a candidate who can:

  • Assist guests' with food and beverage orders.
  • Check and maintain proper set-up and cleanliness of service station before, during, and after shift.
  • Deliver amazing hospitality experience to guests by anticipating guests’ needs and exceeding guests’ expectations.
  • Make knowledgeable suggestions based on guest preferences, record the guests’ orders, and up-sell when applicable.
  • Assists other staff members as needed to meet guest's needs.
  • Excellent communication skills.  
  • The ability to work with a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and stress.
  • Ability to maintain positive working relationships with all team members.
  • Attention to cleanliness and safety procedures.
  • Required TABC server permit.
