Dierks Bentley's Whiskey Row Gilbert is looking for our next great Assistant General Manager!

We're searching for a candidate who can:

  • Support day-to-day operations in partnership with the General Manager, ensuring operational excellence, driving revenue, and supporting client relations.
  • Maintain and foster partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with staffing/onboarding efforts and other administrative duties.
  • Maintain a safe and respectful work environment for all guests and employees.
  • Demonstrate a high level of professionalism at all times.
  • Perform other supportive functions as needed.
  • Previous leadership experience in restaurants, nightlife, or other related fields.
  • Strong servant leadership qualities.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Highly organized.
  • A guest-oriented mindset.
  • Required food and alcohol manager certifications (Title 4 Basic, Title 4 Management, Food Manager).
