THE ROLE:
We are currently looking to expand our Talent Acquisition team and are looking for a new Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our team! Our People & Performance department is experiencing explosive growth due to the organization's expansion and focus on our team's overall employee experience. With that, we are looking for an experienced recruiter to join our ranks and partner directly with our SVP, People & Performance and Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist to execute on hiring initiatives across the country. This role will primarily be focused on recruiting Sales team members at all levels both in 1099 and W2 capacities across the country. This is a perfect opportunity for someone with a foundational understanding of talent acquisition best practices to join an organization on the ground floor of building their overall people function.
