Die Rolle - Deine Leidenschaft

  • Im Rahmen unserer Inhouse Academy unterstützt du bei der Koordination und Planung von Lern- und Entwicklungsinitiativen wie Workshops und Trainings für unsere Mitarbeiter.

  • Du übernimmst die Planung, Koordination und Durchführung von unseren monatlichen Onboardings für alle Roadsurfer Newbies. 

  • Du unterstützt bei der Weiterentwicklung und Aktualisierung von Schulungsmaterialien und Guidelines und unterstützt bei der Verwaltung unserer digitalen L&D Plattform.

  • Außerdem unterstützt du unsere Director of People & Culture in verschiedenen Projekten und übernimmst die Koordination interner People & Culture Meetings. 

Was Du brauchst, um mit uns auf einer Welle zu surfen

  • Du bist organisiert und kannst deine Aufgaben strukturieren und priorisieren

  • Du begeisterst dich für HR-Themen und konntest bereits erste Erfahrungen in Form von Praktika/Werkstudium im HR sammeln 

  • Du hast gute Kenntnisse in Outlook, Excel und PowerPoint

  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und/oder Englisch


    Dein Vertrag

    • GEHALT: Dein Gehalt liegt bei 3.000€ monatlich

    • ARBEITSZEITEN

      • Bei roadsurfer haben wir keine harten Kernarbeitszeiten, sind aber in der normalen Zeit zwischen 8 und 18 Uhr erreichbar

    • ARBEITSPLATZ: Die Stelle ist hybrid in München geplant
