RV Rental Station Specialist (Part Time- Phoenix)

The role - your passion

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• You lead & perform the exterior and interior cleaning of our campers ensuring they shine and are ready for adventure! You know the value in hands on work, and aren't afraid to get down and dirty!

• You explain and hand over our campers to the customers 

• You put a smile on our customers' faces when they pick up and return their camper and make their roadsurfer journey unforgettable

• You manage the payment processes and check in rental payments and collect security deposits

• You support our station team with all daily tasks and make sure that our #happyroadsurfers leave the station happy

• You work hand in hand with the Station Manager on the daily operations and customer satisfaction

• You are a self-starter and able to lead the team and station operations in the absence of the Station Manager.

What you need to surf the wave with us

• You know the value in being brutally hands-on to get the job done and lead a hand to support the business needs

• Experience in providing customers with world class customer service

• Valid state drivers license.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

• Due to insurance qualifications, you must be at least 21 years of age or older. 

• Candidates must have a clear & maintain a clear motor vehicle record and successfully pass a background check. 

WORK CONDITIONS

• Station Hours: Monday through Sunday 9am – 6pm with open availability on weekends mandatory

• Job Type: Hourly, Part Time-Pay Range: $17.50 to $19.50

• Working mostly outdoors

• Ability to lift and move at least 25lbs+
