The role - Your passion:

The Supervisor Fleet Care will establish and implement short and long-range fleet care objectives for their station by overseeing related fleet/vehicle functions and activities, and administer company policies and procedures. Responsible for the technical management and guidance of the agents who are assigned to the preparation of the vehicles.

  • Your main task is Fleet Care which includes keeping our vehicles on the road in terms of traffic safety and customer satisfaction.

  • Oversee and coordinate all processes related to camper van preparation, ensuring they are ready for customer use.

  • Upon vehicle returns check for any damage, report this to into WAVE and coordinate with Damage Control Manager and Munich HQ and initiate the appropriate repairs.

  • Manage the technical operations and provide guidance to station agents, ensuring efficiency and high-quality work.

  • Conduct training sessions and proactively contribute to the development of station agents to maintain operational excellence.

  • Inspect returned camper vans for damage, report findings and initiate necessary repairs.

  • Uphold and enforce quality standards in vehicle preparation and maintenance to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Monitor inventory, assist in stock replenishment, and ensure campers are in high quality working order.

  • Completing daily list such as verification of black/grey tanks are empty prior to departure, confirm windshield fluid/coolants are at appropriate levels.

  • Assist in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer experience.

  • Other duties as assigned.


What you need to surf the wave with us

  • A high degree of flexibility, occasional willingness to travel, and manual dexterity are natural for you.

  • Strong written/verbal communication skills; able to read, write and speak English to interact effectively with a global customer base. (Multilingual a plus)

  • Must be able to lift up to 25+ pounds.

  • Able to work indoors and outdoors, in varying weather, to include extreme heat/cold.

  • Position may be exposed to fumes, dust, odors and cold/hot temperature extremes.

  • Perform the following physical activities: kneeling, squatting, bend floor-to waist/waist-to-overhead, reach overhead, simple grasp and fine hand manipulation tasks (use of tools/keyboard/writing).

  • Ability to perform cleaning duties within work area as needed including the use of cleaning chemicals.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to assign and delegate tasks.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • 2+ years supervisory experience in retail/hospitality (RV industry a plus)

  • Due to auto insurance requirements, you must be 21 years of age or older.

Location: 13600 S Inglewood Ave, Hawthorne, CA 90250
Compensation: $26.50 - $30 per hour (based on experience)
