DIE ROLLE - DEINE LEIDENSCHAFT

Hardware- und Geräte-Setup:

  • Unterstützung beim Einrichten von Geräten (z.B. Laptops, Handys) für neue Mitarbeitende

  • Verwaltung von Hardware für Onboarding und Offboarding

Basic IT Support:

  • Bearbeitung von Tickets in unserem IT-Support-System

  • Unterstützung bei der Lösung von IT-Problemen (z.B. Passwörter zurücksetzen, Druckerprobleme)

  • Weiterleitung komplexerer Probleme an das IT-Team

Systempflege:

  • Dokumentation von IT-Prozessen und Pflege unseres internen IT-Wikis

  • Überwachung und Organisation der IT-Hardware

WAS DU BRAUCHST, UM MIT UNS AUF EINER WELLE ZU SURFEN

  • Du bist aktuell an einer Hochschule eingeschrieben und hast idealerweise einen IT- oder techniknahen Studiengang

  • Du hast Spaß daran, technische Probleme zu lösen und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise

  • Du bringst erste Erfahrungen mit Windows / MacOS / Android /iOS mit

  • Du kommunizierst gerne, bist serviceorientiert und scheust dich nicht, mit Kolleg:innen auf Deutsch und Englisch zu arbeiten

  • Ein gutes technisches Verständnis sowie eine proaktive Haltung runden dein Profil ab
