THE ROLE – YOUR PASSION

  • Personalized Customer Assistance: You serve as the initial point of contact for roadsurfer prospects and customers, offering tailored guidance on our product offerings, including rent, abo, myroadsurfer, and spots

  • First-Level-Support: You professionally and effectively handle issues such as damage claims, breakdowns, and complaints, ensuring prompt solutions

  • Booking Management: Your responsibilities include coordinating existing bookings and subscriptions, whether it's for updates, changes, or cancellations.

  • Team Collaboration: You collaborate closely with other teams, such as product development, our international stations, and the sales team, to maximize service quality.

What you need to surf the wave with us

  • 2 years minimum customer service experience. Call center experience desired.

  • Fluent in English. Bilingual desired. (knowing more languages is a bonus)

  • You're good at dealing with complaints and can stay strong in tough situations.

  • Knowledge using Zendesk or a similar support system is a plus

  • Your cheerful attitude shines through, the ability to WOW our customers!

  • You truly enjoy camping, travel, road trips, and exploring far-off places

  • Able to work independently.

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills and Tech Savvy.

  • Experience working remotely, desired.

Work conditions

  • Compensation: $16.50-$18.50 per hour based on experience

  • WORKING HOURS:

    • We are available to our customers from Monday to Sunday, from 08:00 to 20:00 CET, US calls will have specific PST times. Your leisure time is as important to us as it is to you! Therefore, we place a high value on early shift planning, and attempt to accommodate individual requests.

  • PLACE TO BE: This is a hybrid remote position. The successful candidate must reside near our Las Vegas station, or within commuting distance.
