CRM Implementation Lead

Robbins Recruiting has partnered with a leader in the roofing industry who is seeking a CRM Implementation Lead with expertise in ServiceTitan to lead the deployment, optimization, and training of our CRM system. This role requires a candidate with at least 5 years of experience in CRM implementation, particularly within the service-based industry, and the ability to travel up to ~50% of the time to various branch locations. The ideal candidate will be adept at mapping business processes, aligning CRM configurations to support these processes, managing project execution, and conducting effective change management.


LOCATION: Preferred location in Atlanta, GA, open to remote for right candidate.

TRAVEL: Up to 50%


Key Responsibilities
  • CRM Deployment:
  • Lead the implementation of ServiceTitan, including configuration, customization, and data migration.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and align them with ServiceTitan functionalities.

  • Optimization:
  • Analyze current workflows and recommend improvements to maximize efficiency using ServiceTitan.
  • Stay updated on ServiceTitan features, updates, and best practices to continuously improve ability to optimize for end users
  • Develop and test custom solutions within ServiceTitan to meet specific business needs.

  • Data Management:
  • Ensure data integrity through cleaning, importing, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for performance tracking.

  • Collaboration:
  • Act as the liaison between technical teams, vendors, and internal departments.
  • Partner with IT and business leaders to ensure CRM integration with other tools and systems.

  • Training & Support:
  • Provide on-site and virtual training sessions to ensure end-user adoption and proficiency.
  • Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for system-related issues.


Qualifications
  • Experience:
  • At least 3-5 years of experience implementing ServiceTitan or similar CRMs for service-based industries.
  • Demonstrated success in managing CRM projects from start to finish.

  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in ServiceTitan configuration, API integration, and data management.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceTitan’s features, modules, and best practices in industries such as home services or field operations.
  • Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Excel, or other integration platforms is a plus.
  • Familiarity with related tools like Rilla, CHIIRP, Ingage is a plus

  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support users at all levels.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in industries such as Roofing, HVAC, plumbing, or other home services.
  • Familiarity with other CRMs or project management tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
