As a Website/CRM Specialist you actively contribute to the company's success, by positioning Roche as the employer of choice, to ensure competitiveness and differentiation in the war for talents. You collaborate with several stakeholders to plan and execute Talent Marketing activities to build and develop sustainable, diverse talent pipelines to fill the future hiring needs of our businesses.

The Opportunity:

• You collaborate with the Talent Marketing Partners to proactively anticipate the customers needs and to provide actionable talent data insights.

• You implement marketing activities aligned to the overall global frameworks/strategies in close collaboration with the P&C network.

• You have a good understanding of your customers and their respective business areas to translate their needs into talent marketing activities.

• You are the contact person for all website/ CRM support globally related talent marketing requests coming in via the intake portal.

• You’ll work closely with the global digital strategy lead and the brand lead on creating the best user experience on Roche Careers. You’ll be involved in the design and execution of the website, also working closely with colleagues regarding content creation.

Please note that this is a fixed term position with a duration of 2 years.

Who you are:

• You hold a Bachelor's degree with specialization in web design, new media or similar, or have several years of relevant work experience in that field

• Expert Knowledge: You have a deep understanding of Web Design and CRM use (experience with Phenom People CRM is a plus). Knowledge of SEO, Data Analytics and visual asset creation (video, graphics) is a plus

• Passionate Marketeer: You have a deep passion for learning and growth, and seek to anticipate and communicate current & future trends

• Driven by Data: You take the advantage of data to underlay your decision making

• Project Management: You are well organized and you are able to use agile methodologies in your daily work

• Team Player: You enjoy being part of a team and working in a small, yet global community

• You are proficient in English.
