Intelsat’s Rotational Associate Program is a highly competitive two-year program that provides recent graduates the opportunity to develop their technical skills in the communications industry at the forefront of satellite innovation. As a Rotational Associate, you will work for 8 months at a time, over a two-year period, in three teams and experience the day-to-day responsibilities of the various career paths and work with different teams as they collaborate to achieve their goals.

Position Description:
In the Technical Accounting Track, you will utilize your education and skills and will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact working with Intelsat’s Accounting Operations, Financial Reporting and Business Transformation teams. Job Responsibilities
Months 1-8 as an Associate, Accounting Operations
You will support the Accounting Operations team by performing general accounting activities for assigned functions.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Months 9-16 as an Associate, Financial Reporting
You will support the Financial Reporting team as a key contributor in preparing the Company’s quarterly/annual financial statements, performing SOX testing, and assisting with statutory audits.

Months 17-24 as an Associate, ERP Systems
You will support the Business Transformation Team as a liaison and collaborator in analyzing, interpreting and reporting the financial system user requirements to support informed decision making, automation of manual activities, and deployment of new and enhanced functionality that streamlines how Intelsat operates.
