Who we are:
Want to make an impact? Join our pack and come work (and play!) with us.
We believe everyone deserves the unconditional love of a pet—and at Rover, our mission is to make it easier to experience that love. Founded in 2011, the Rover app and website connect dog and cat parents with loving pet sitters and dog walkers in neighborhoods across the US, Canada, and Europe. We empower our community of trusted pet sitters and dog walkers to run their own pet care businesses on Rover with the tools and security of a global company to back them.
Headquartered in Seattle, Washington, we work closely with our teams in Barcelona, San Antonio, Spokane, and remote locations. We’ve got a reputation for being a great place to work, having been named among the 100 Best Companies to Work For in Seattle Business Magazine and Washington’s Best Workplaces in the Puget Sound Business Journal. We're an agile, fast-growing company, and our leadership comes from some of the world's most respected tech companies.
At Rover, our furry coworkers are just as important as our human ones—and we wouldn’t have it any other way. Along with making the joys of pet parenthood more accessible, we’re committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and welcoming community of pet people—and that starts with our employees.
Who we're looking for:
We are specifically looking for a Business Analyst III to partner closely with Rover’s Customer Experience leadership team as well as our Strategy & Operational Excellence team to help make Rover’s operations more efficient and drive better customer outcomes. This will be a high visibility role, partnering directly with a diverse set of stakeholders to determine how to measure and improve Rovers’s support experience. This role will be responsible for varied deep analyses into strategic business questions that will shape Rover’s customer support strategy. The ideal candidate should be very comfortable turning ambiguous business problems into crisp requirements, and in turn using those to build creative data products meeting a niche business need - all with a relative degree of autonomy.
Rover is an equal-opportunity employer committed to promoting a diverse, inclusive, and inventive environment with the best employees. We’re driven by seeing our people succeed and grow, and we work to ensure everyone contributes to their fullest potential. We consider all qualified applicants without regard to age, race, color, ancestry, national origin, religion, disability, protected veteran status, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, or any other protected status in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances.
If an employer mentions a salary or salary range on their job, we display it as an "Employer Estimate". If a job has no salary data, Rise displays an estimate if available.
Are you ready to dive into a role that blends analytical prowess with a passion for improving customer experiences? As a Business Analyst III with Rover in the vibrant city of Barcelona, you’ll have the unique opportunity to partner with our Customer Experience leadership and the Strategy & Operational Excellence teams to drive operational efficiency and enhance the overall Rover experience. Here, we’re all about connecting pet parents with the loving care their furry friends deserve, and your insights will be key in shaping how we support our community. You’ll be responsible for transforming ambiguous business challenges into clear requirements and using those to create innovative data products that meet our specific needs. Your mission will include working closely with operations leadership to develop comprehensive metrics, conducting deep analyses, and serving as a trusted advisor to business leaders on investment and optimization decisions. If you have a knack for storytelling with data, strong SQL skills, and appreciate a role where your ideas can truly impact a company dedicated to pet love, then we want to hear from you! At Rover, we pride ourselves on our flexible hybrid work environment, commitment to diversity, and the joy of having our furry friends around. Join us and help us make pet parenthood more accessible, all while collaborating with a fantastic team that values your contributions. Let's work (and play) together to create an even better Rover experience for our community!
