Operations Administrator

We’re looking for an Operations Admin to join our team!

 

As an Operations Administrator for Esler Companies – Renewal by Andersen you will interface with customers and installers directly to schedule the window and door installation. This role will be answering incoming calls, making outbound calls, and maintaining the flow of correspondence between the installer and customer. 


Responsibilities
  • Answering inbound and outbound telephone calls (Approximately 40 calls a day)
  • Accurate and timely reporting reflecting daily/weekly activities
  • Processing Contracts for New Sales-Uploading Documents
  • Placing orders for Renewal by Andersen product
  • Scheduling - This task is to get customers scheduled that have purchased a Renewal by Andersen project
  • Closing out completed installations


Qualifications
  • Customer service experience, required.
  • Experience taking and directing incoming phone calls.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills.
  • High literacy and competency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Flexibility and demonstrated ability to adapt well in a changing environment.
