The Sales Representative sells the organization's products and services within an assigned geographic area, product range, or list of new & existing customer accounts to meet sales targets. Develop revenue generation through the creation of sales leads, initiation of prospect calls, and establishment of ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers. Accountable for increasing sales/client ratio and expanding customer base.

RRD's current pay range for this role is $50,000 to $150,000 / year. The pay range may be adjusted based on the applicable geographic location of the hired employee, and the range may change in the future. It is not typical for the final salary offered to be near or at the top of the range. Starting pay decisions are determined based on multiple factors including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, skills, experience, certifications, proficiency, performance, shift, location, and other business needs. Depending on the role, in addition to base salary, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
