About the role

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive product development, ensure quality delivery, and lead growth initiatives for our web-based assessment platform. You'll work at the intersection of business, technology, and user experience, focusing on revenue growth and user satisfaction.

Our company is launching a new product aimed at leading its market segment. As we prepare for market expansion, we're looking for a Product Manager who can balance delivery excellence with growth initiatives.

Responsibilities (what you will do):

  1. Product Development & Delivery:

    • Manage product backlog and ensure proper task setup in Jira

    • Write detailed, clear user stories and acceptance criteria

    • Coordinate with the development team to ensure high-quality feature delivery

    • Oversee QA processes and maintain product quality standards

    • Lead sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives

    • Monitor development progress and remove blockers

    • Ensure timely feature delivery within sprints

  2. Growth & Revenue Optimisation:

    • Analyze user behavior and identify opportunities for conversion optimization

    • Research and propose new features to drive user engagement and retention

    • Conduct A/B tests to optimize user experience and conversion rates

    • Monitor key metrics and implement strategies to improve them

    • Analyze competitor offerings and market trends

    • Identify opportunities for product improvement based on user feedback and data

  3. Market and Competitive Analysis:

    • Set up and monitor key performance indicators

    • Use analytics tools to track user behavior and identify patterns

    • Create and analyze reports on product performance

    • Make data-driven decisions for product improvements

    • Track and optimize customer retention metrics

Requirements/must-haves (we are waiting for you in our team if you have):

  • 3+ years experience in product management for web-based products

  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies

  • Experience with analytics tools and A/B testing

  • Proven track record of improving product metrics

  • Experience in setting up and managing Jira workflows

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Nice to haves (We will treat it as a bonus if you have):

  • Experience in ed-tech or cognitive training industries.

  • Background in cognitive science, particularly its application to product development.

  • Experience with subscription-based products

  • Background in conversion rate optimization

  • Knowledge of user psychology and behavior analysis

Location

WinTech operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.
