Product Analyst

1.      Product Development and Management

  • Assist in defining product roadmaps aligned with business goals and market trends.
  • Collaborate with senior product managers to prioritize features, enhancements, and product launches.
  • Partner with engineering, design, and compliance teams to deliver seamless, compliant, and user-friendly solutions.

2.     Market Research and Strategy

  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in cross-border payments.
  • Analyze user feedback and transaction data to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

3.     Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work with internal stakeholders (marketing, sales, operations) to ensure successful product rollouts and adoption.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on product goals.

4.    Operational Support

  • Monitor key performance metrics, troubleshoot issues, and ensure products meet compliance standards.
  • Support customer service teams in resolving product-related inquiries.

5.     Innovation and Growth

  • Brainstorm and prototype new features to improve user experience and expand market reach.
  • Contribute to strategic discussions on leveraging blockchain, AI, or other technologies to enhance cross-border payment systems.

Essential:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
  • Master's degree will be a plus
  • 1-3 years of experience in product management, preferably within FinTech or payments.
  • Strong understanding of cross-border remittances, FX, and payment ecosystems.
  • Proficiency in product management tools (JIRA, Trello, or similar).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in the payments industry.
  • Familiarity with blockchain, digital wallets, or other emerging FinTech technologies.
