About the Role

We are seeking a talented and versatile Sr. Product Designer to join our Patient design team. The Patient team is responsible for creating workflows that help patients get access to essential mental health services and ensure match quality with their provider. We are looking for a Product Design candidate who is passionate about crafting thoughtful, user-centered solutions to complex problems, with a focus on efficiency, usability, and patient access to care.

As a Sr. Product Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the look, feel, and functionality of products that help patients navigate the mental health services landscape. Your expertise will help create intuitive, efficient, and seamless experiences for patients, ensuring that access to mental health services is as simple and stress-free as possible.

We’re looking for a designer who combines user research, prototyping, and deep customer empathy with a focus on design craft to build meaningful experiences that empower patients. This role is product design-focused with an emphasis on improving workflows, user experience, and system-wide consistency.

We believe in creating a work environment where designers can focus on high-impact projects while maintaining a positive work-life balance. You’ll spend the majority of your time focused on our top 1-2 priorities for the Patient design team, and we will actively prevent role scope creep.

Required Qualifications

  • Has 3-10 yrs years of PD experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Can articulate the why

  • Experience conducting and integrating user research into the design process to drive informed decision-making.

  • Proven experience as a Product Designer, with a portfolio that demonstrates ability to create user-centered workflows and intuitive product designs.

  • Experience designing and shipping complex products across different stages of the product lifecycle, from early concept development to post-launch improvements.

  • Mastery of Figma
