Demand Generation Manager

This role is part of our Rewardful team, one of our growing brands at saas.group.

Rewardful is one of the brands under saas.group's umbrella. Since its launch in 2018, Rewardful has been making it super easy for SaaS companies to handle their affiliate programs using Stripe or Paddle. It's the go-to choice for tons of small SaaS businesses aiming to set up affiliate programs, with a big user base today.

Profile Overview

As the Demand Generation Manager you are responsible for building and growing a strong online presence for Rewardful by creating and sharing sales, marketing, and educational content. The ultimate goal is to reach our target audience, position Rewardful as the ideal solution to manage affiliate and customer referral programs, and to educate them on how to be successful with Rewardful.

You are a master of social media culture (specifically LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube), you have excellent copywriting skills, and use ChatGPT with a pinch of salt. You enjoy networking and connecting with others daily on social media and in community groups and forums (IndieHackers, Reddit, etc).

You’ll be in charge of growing the Rewardful following (LinkedIn + Twitter in priority), a place where our customers can interact, share tips, and ask questions.  

We’re a small team with a “get stuff done” mentality. This means we’re constantly learning how to use new tools, and doing things that we didn’t know how to do previously.

Your responsibilities

Project Management: 

  • Collaborate with different stakeholders and cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives. 
  • Develop project plans, set deadlines, assign resources, and oversee progress to ensure projects are delivered on time and effectively.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects at once, all while making sure we achieve the desired outcomes. 

Content Management: 

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with our goals
  • Build strong and loyal relationships with our target audience.
  • Analyze metrics to measure the effectiveness of organic campaigns and continuously optimize strategies.

Community Building: 

  • Monitor and moderate online forums, social media, and other community platforms to ensure a positive and helpful environment. 
  • Interact with our target audience in meaningful ways and help promote community events, webinars, and other similar marketing initiatives.

Collaboration: 

  • Work closely with the Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align content and community initiatives with overall business objectives. 
  • Collaborate with influencers and industry experts to amplify our reach and credibility.

  • You are convinced that B2B doesn’t have to be boring-to-boring and you’re inspired to build and distribute H2H (human-to-human) content.
  • You’re a brand evangelist and you enjoy nurturing an active and engaged community.
