Job Title: Marketing Specialist

Location: Fully remote (Filipino candidates only)

Schedule: US time zone

Salary: 1750 - 2000 USD/month

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage effective SEO strategies to improve website ranking and visibility.
  • Develop and execute social media marketing plans to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and generate leads.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to achieve business goals.
  • Regularly track, analyze, and report on marketing performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.).
  • Work closely with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are implemented and social media posts align with overall marketing goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in SEO and social media marketing.
  • At least 1 year of experience managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz) and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Proven track record of increasing website traffic, engagement, and conversions through SEO and social media marketing.
  • Experience in creating and optimizing PPC ads and analyzing performance data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • College degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Ability to provide professional references from previous employers.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in Google Ads or Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
