Intelligence Analyst

Job OverviewSAIC is seeking a DCO Intelligence Integration Analyst to support the Cybercom Team at Fort Meade. This position involves fusing cyber threat and Department of Defense Information Network (DODIN) vulnerability information with the Joint Operations Center’s (JOC) tracking and reporting of Defensive Cyberspace Operations (DCO) and related activities. The analyst will work closely with other teams to analyze both operational and intelligence data to provide critical assessments that inform DCO missions across the Cyber Mission Force (CMF).Key Responsibilities• Intelligence Analysis:• Review and analyze intelligence products related to ongoing DCO activities.• Conduct assessments of the cyberspace domain and targets tied to DCO missions.• Correlate cyber threat information with DODIN vulnerabilities.• Threat Intelligence and Mitigation:• Provide cyber threat indications and warnings to support proactive DCO.• Develop defense mitigation recommendations and conduct risk assessments aligned with operational priorities.• Monitor major cyber events and update intelligence products with current and relevant information.• Collaboration and Coordination:• Coordinate with USCYBERCOM Component Commands and the Intelligence Community to review open-source cyber threat reporting, signals intelligence, and cyber operational reporting.• Work with partners such as JFHQ-DODIN, J36 GMEC, and NSA to handle significant activity reports, malware analysis requests, and external support requests.• Incident Support:• Review indicators of compromise (IoC), support attribution analysis, and evaluate the effects on DOD.• Support the response, mitigation, and reporting of cyber incidents, including malware indicators submitted to USCYBERCOM.• Research and Briefings:• Conduct research and develop analytical products to inform leadership decision-making.• Provide assessments and briefings on cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation strategies.QualificationsRequired:• 6+ years of experience as a Cyberspace Intelligence Analyst or in a related functional area.• High School Diploma (with preference for post-secondary training or certifications in intelligence, cybersecurity, or operational analysis).• Strong knowledge of cyber threat analysis and DCO operations.Clearance Required:• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.CompensationThe target salary range for this position is between $160,001 - $200,000, based on experience and other factors.Covid PolicySAIC does not require COVID-19 vaccinations or boosters. However, customer site vaccination requirements must be followed when working at customer locations.
