Sales Development Representative

Whether it's a theater performance, a popular spin class, or your favorite podcaster trying to stream, everyone needs help producing dynamic live video. It's a complicated and technical process, static webcams no longer cut it, and a proper production crew is an impractical solution.  


LiveControl has created a video production studio in the cloud. Our clients install our 4k multi-camera setup into their venue, home, or office, and our team fully produces video entirely in the cloud. Completely live and with just the click of a button, we can make your graduation speech or home cooking show look like a Netflix special, all for a fraction of the cost of a typical production crew.


About the role:


This Sales Development Representative will be the first point of contact with a potential customer, whether it’s via a phone call or email. As the first representative of LiveControl to prospective clients, you will be speaking to the value of our product, identifying their pain points, and setting meetings with decision makers. 


At LiveControl, an SDR is an Account Executive in training, so you’ll be held as a key contributor on our team and should be excited to pursue a career path in sales. Base Pay + Commission


Responsibilities:

  • Strategically research, prospect, and qualify accounts that require cold outreach to bring in sales opportunities with a smooth handoff from early qualification to close
  • Drive revenue-generating meetings with potential clients via calls, emails, social media touches, direct mail, and video messaging
  • Maintain and own the existing outbound and inbound strategy, with plenty of room to make it your own
  • Support Sales Leadership in all aspects of the sales cycle, including scheduling initial and follow-up meetings and managing the pipeline of completed meetings to engage and re-engage all potential clients
  • Collect feedback from prospects to pass to senior leadership for product improvements

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience selling in a corporate setting, ideally carrying a quota
  • Experience with cold and warm outreach in any industry
  • Strong executive presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Coachable, engaging, inquisitive, self-motivated, goal-driven mentality
  • A desire to standardize, simplify, and streamline existing and new processes
  • You don’t need a technical background - We’ll teach you everything you need to know about video production the LiveControl way.
  • Strong understanding of sales tools such as Zoominfo, Outreach.io, Hubspot, etc…
