A crucial part of the team will be this role: a talent acquisition partner for staffing and headhunting. We are blitzscaling our growth. Speed is paramount. That’s why this role requires previous experience building a book-of-business in global staffing and/or headhunting.You’ll be responsible for rapidly growing your staffing and headhunting operation, with the complete support of Torre's technology. This will allow you to automate fulfillment of your roles, handle all operational, legal, and financial aspects of your business, and be way ahead of the competition. You may also receive clients from Torre, as we are growing quickly and have plenty of leads coming directly to us.TOOLS AT YOUR DISPOSAL:• Torre Reach, to attract candidates, and Torre OS, to manage them.• A robust data warehouse for analytics and business intelligence.• Access to our analytics bar to get help when needed.• A CRM.• Sales and technology training.• Our CEO is one of the sharks in Shark Tank Colombia and Shark Tank Mexico.• Operational, payroll, and legal support via Torre or Torre partners.PROCESS:1st.
