Job Description

The opportunity:

We are looking for a creative new colleague to strengthen the Growth Marketing Team in our Dubai office. Superb organizational skills and an eye for detail are a must for this position. You will gain experience working on different types of events; collaborating with cross-functional teams, and actively contribute to the growth of the company.

As a Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Organizing each event from conception to planning, through execution and post-mortem
  • Selecting the right 3rd party vendors to supply the services required for each event
  • Working with external vendors to design the structure of the booth and all other designs needed for each event (digital and/or physical)
  • Regularly and effectively communicating the progress of each project to the relevant stakeholders
  • Briefing each team member about your expectations and their responsibilities for each event
  • Producing the copy for the marketing collaterals in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders
  • Booking the logistics for each event (flights, hotels, catering, etc.)
  • Managing the budget for each event (forecast + actuals)
  • Supporting the Field Marketing Manager with ad-hoc tasks for different types of events

Qualifications

Our ideal Field Marketing Manager will have:

  • 3+ years of experience organizing events (both online and offline)
  • A bachelor in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, Management or Public Relations
  • Project Management certifications from recognized organizations
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • The ability to work and communicate effectively with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally
  • Highly detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks while meeting deadlines
  • A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and bring innovative ideas to each event
  • Proactive attitude towards new initiatives and a desire to test out new ideas
  • Knowledge of Project Management best practices
  • Fluent English (written and spoken). Any other language will be considered an asset
