Role Overview

As a Head of Marketing & Communication, you’ll drive Satispay’s brand across B2C and B2B channels by maximizing communication across owned and earned channels. You will build and execute a solid storytelling on social media, creators & PR. You will also plan and execute 1 high-impact B2B events at national and local levels. You will lead a talented, agile team while engaging senior stakeholders with a strategic, data-driven, and execution-focused approach. This role reports directly to the CMO. 

Your mission:

  • Brand Amplification & PR Management. Lead Satispay’s brand presence across B2C and B2B, managing social media and PR to maximize visibility and storytelling impact.

  • Event Strategy & Execution. Plan and execute high-impact B2B events, ensuring they drive lead generation and transition event management into a scalable, efficient channel for our welfare product. 

  • Stakeholder & Team Leadership. Manage a high-performing team, collaborate closely with the CEO, and oversee agency partnerships to ensure effective communication strategies.

  • Strategic Communication & Execution. Implement a modern, multi-channel communication approach, pushing beyond traditional banking-style PR to more innovative, fintech-driven storytelling.
