This is a new category for Savvas Learning Company, and your role will be critical in establishing Savvas as a leader in this space.In this position, you will be the marketing expert on College and Career Readiness products, how they fit into key markets, audience personas, and campaigns and marketing tactics that will deliver results. You will work with Sales and Marketing to identify high-impact marketing opportunities and develop targeted multichannel campaigns and content.You will conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the College and Career Readiness space in their target markets, as well as work to develop sales marketing materials, emails, social and digital ads, landing pages, blog articles/content, webinars, and localized events to drive engagement and leads with high school administrators and decision-makers. Collaborating with marketing, sales, and product, you’ll ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding, as well as leverage cross-team learnings.The Campaign Marketing Manager is responsible for optimizing campaign and content effectiveness by tracking and monitoring customer engagement to drive funnel volume and velocity. Working closely with data management teams, as well as sales, product, and marketing leadership, this position develops, manages, and analyses integrated marketing campaigns and channel performance with clearly articulated KPIs to inform data-driven decision-making.SCOPE AND IMPACT OF JOBThe Campaign Marketing Manager is responsible for collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to:• Strategize top-priority marketing campaigns• Define campaign tactics, audience segments, AB tests, and create marketing materials and campaigns to deliver the campaign strategy• Project manage the integrated go-to-market campaign, including working with Marketing Shared Services (Events & Conferences, Digital Marketing, Product & Academic Research, and Creative Services)• Analyze performance to optimize and improve results.Primary Responsibilities• Proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop specific local and state marketing opportunities in the College and Career Readiness space• Project manage, and implement integrated go-to-market campaigns and ab testing plans, including working with Marketing Shared Services (Events & Conferences, Digital Marketing, Product & Academic Research, Creative, and IT Services)• Briefing creative assets for campaigns and sales materials including: printed/digital sales materials, emails, ads, content marketing, social campaigns, webinars, and event materials• Setting up email campaigns and landing pages within CRM and ESP• Analyzing results and optimizing campaigns based on performance• Participate in trade show and events planning to optimize product messaging at such eventsRequired Knowledge And Experience• BA/BS in related field required, advanced marketing degree preferred• Self-starter with 5-7 years work experience as a Marketing Manager/Strategist• Experience in digital marketing, including email, social media, website optimization, AB testing, and content marketing• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and customer engagement• Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and other CRM tools to manage, develop, and track marketing activities• Ability to interpret market and campaign data to make data-driven decisions.• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage projects on cross-functional teams• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills required: must be able to interact successfully with customers, sales team, services team, product development team, and product management team• Excellent time management & organizational skills• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, collaborative climate• Experience in Education industry sector preferredSavvas Learning Company provides access to a benefits experience created to offer our employees choice, flexibility, and the opportunity to save money for the future.
