Position Description: We are looking for a visionary and experienced Vice President of Product Design to lead our design team and drive the creative vision for our SaaS commercial risk intelligence products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing complex software solutions and a passion for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences. As VP of Design, you will play a critical role in shaping the product's user interface and experience, ensuring that our solutions are not only powerful but also accessible and user-friendly. Job Responsibilities:• Design Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence. Develop and execute a strategic design vision aligned with the company's goals and objectives• Product Design: Oversee the design of our multiple products, ensuring they meet the needs of diverse users across industries. Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive, efficient, and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces• User Experience: Champion user-centered design principles, conducting user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to continuously improve the product experience. Ensure the platform is accessible and meets the highest standards of usability• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, marketing, and sales, to align design efforts with business objectives and customer needs• Design Systems: Develop and maintain a cohesive design system and guidelines to ensure consistency across all products and touch points. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, candidate experience and expertise, internal peer equity, and may vary from the amounts listed above
