Job Description/Responsibilities

Sazerac is seeking Talent Acquisition Recruiters to lead full-cycle salaried hiring and play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce. This role partners closely with Human Resources and Hiring Managers to drive an efficient and strategic hiring process.

 

We are open to fulltime direct hires and contractor recruiters who have expertise in scouting talent in Marketing, Sales, HR, and Manufacturing. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and selection.

  • Strategic Talent Advisor: Act as a consultant to hiring managers, providing expert recruiting solutions and market insights.

  • Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-potential candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and cold outreach.

  • Staffing Strategy Execution: Collaborate with HR and department leaders to develop and implement effective hiring strategies aligned with business goals.

  • Compliance & Diversity Initiatives: Ensure adherence to EEOC, OFCCP, and all relevant regulations while fostering a diverse and inclusive candidate pool.

  • Future Talent Planning: Identify skills and competencies needed for long-term organizational success and contribute to succession planning efforts.
